refunds

when you buy

buying means you've read what's included on the sales page, and you agree to get the guide right away. getting it right away means you give up any cooling-off or cancellation period, except where the law says you can't.

what doesn't qualify for a refund

• changing your mind, or your plans changing
• not getting around to using it
• it not being your style, when it's what the sales page said it was

what i will always do

if something's wrong on my end, i'll make it right. email hello@standupsandsnacktime.com within 30 days if:

• your license key won't unlock the guide and we can't fix it together
• something in the guide is broken or missing
• you were charged twice for the same thing

i'll fix it, and if i can't, i'll refund you.

live sessions

for a receipts review or intensive, you're paying for my time, so changes work like this:

• reschedule for free with 24+ hours' notice.
• with less notice, or if you miss the session, it counts as used. the first time, i'll offer one courtesy reschedule.
• if i have to cancel, you choose: a new time or a full refund.

your legal rights

nothing here takes away rights you have under your local consumer law. that includes the consumer guarantees under the australian consumer law.

payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who sell the guide on my behalf as merchant of record. if a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method, and the license key stops unlocking the guide.
